Patio restoration

What to expect from a patio restoration:
- Any loose/rocking slabs will be lifted and reset.
- Using grinders we remove all old pointing to the required depth and clear all dust and debris.
- Pressure wash with chemical treatment to restore the slabs colour and remove all grime
- Repointing of slabs is then carried out. (Type of material is discussed on initial site visit, but these can include: Traditional mortar, Brush in resin, two part epoxy resin or Flowpoint slurry)

Tarmac resealing
Over time tarmac can loose resin and colour due to weather and vehicle use. Tarmac restorer soaks into the surface replacing lost resins and totally restores lost colour (black, red and green available)
Tarmac resealing is carried out after a full clean with cracks and small holes repaired.
How many coats of sealer depends on the condition of the tarmac and we will discuss this on our initial site visit.
